This May, Spotify brought together 136 employees from across the business and the globe for the 5th annual Inclusion Summit, a two-day internal conference for Spotifiers who are engaged and interested in enhancing Spotify’s efforts around Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging.

This year, we wanted to bring the summit to the next level and leverage it as a platform to drive real change at Spotify. Spotifier participants have been selected in teams of two, where one is an established Diversity & Inclusion ambassador with previous engagement at the company, and one is an interested – but not previously actively engaged – colleague who wants to become a changemaker.

Our biggest goal? To accelerate Spotify’s mission to unlock the potential of human creativity by enabling a diverse culture where everyone belongs.
