It’s hard to capture the true culture of a company and put it into words. But we went ahead and did it anyway in this, our band manifesto.

To unlock the potential of human creativity by giving a million creators the opportunity to live off their art and billions of fans the opportunity to enjoy and be inspired by it.

To us, learning and development isn’t a box you tick. It’s a welcome part of the job. So we don’t just ask you to embrace it, we ask you to own it. We take an always-on approach, encouraging you to learn on the job through stretch assignments, new challenges, and social knowledge sharing so you can drive your own development. We’re moving the right direction, but we know there’s more work to be done.

Bear with us, there are still a few gaps in our reported ethnicity data which is currently US-only. Data reported is representative only of those who chose to self-identify. We work hard to collect responses from our people and do periodic calls for disclosure to get us closer to 100%.
