Creative Producer, Parcast

We are looking for a talented Creative Producer who is passionate about producing innovative content. In this role, you’ll help create content consumed by millions of people each day, while overseeing the development of a new Parcast Brand. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences podcasts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Produce podcasts in the Personal Growth space 
  • Work closely with high-level talent and manage those relationships
  • Create pitch decks and show outlines 
  • Research guests and show topics 
  • Schedule interviews and pre-interview guests 
  • Give creative notes on drafts and episode cuts
  • Time code episodes and work closely with the post-production team
  • Develop show concepts and innovative formats 
  • Work cross-functionally with the in-house creative team 
  • Utilize your strong relationships within the creative community (including talent, writers, directors, agents, managers, etc.) and creative partners
  • Other duties as assigned / as needed

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years deep production experience in audio and podcasting 
  • You’re comfortable conveying complex information and stories in a clear and engaging way for listeners
  • Experience working with high-level talent and thought leaders in the personal growth space 
  • Work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about audio storytelling 
  • You’re experienced with giving script and editing notes and working with other creatives
  • You have a clear understanding of storytelling and the elements of what makes a great podcast
  • You have an understanding of podcasting and the industry 
  • You care about being organized, self-motivated, avid reader/viewer/listener and an out-of-the-box thinker
